ANDY COULSON
Crowned National Fitness Awards Functional Training of the year, Andy has over 17 year’s experience, his reputation is growing having trained world class athletes of all levels from a range of different sports including England’s international Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, 5 Olympians including Josh Kelly, Bellator and Cage Warriors MMA fighters plus many more footballers and combat athletes.
Many people credited Andy for the training with Jordan Pickford as he prepared for the Premier League and build up to the world cup.
Mentoring with world class coaches such as Phil Daru, Joe Defranco and Charles Polquin, Andy is consistently improving his own knowledge. Having developed his own protocols and training systems that has been applied to top class athletes he is able to apply the same principles for everyday fitness/gym goers.
